About Me
My Mission: Through listening and empathy, a gentle hand and focusing on the story, I hope to create theater that can be specific to individuals on stage but humanly accessible to every audience member. I want audiences to watch my work, and leave knowing more about others and more about themselves. There is always something that we focus on and the things we focus on will change. I want my art to make a greater impact to help move humanity to a brighter future.
Nick Cartusciello (he/him) is a recent graduate of the MFA in Directing program at PACE University. His work has been seen on stages in New York City and around the country with Missoula Children's Theater. As a director, Nick's highlight credits include Drowning Girls and Witch in the 2025 ASDS Repertory season, Coming Out: The Musical at Emerging Artist's Theater, and Curtains, Mean Girls and The Addams Family at Wingspan Arts Conservatory. As an educator, Nick has supported the educational journey of many young artists all over the country.
Their goal is simple: To make art that keeps moving the needle forward towards a better tomorrow.
